England’s Strongest 105kg Man Competition

Viking Power & Strength are BACK, and we will again be hosting England’s strongest 105kg man 2024, Sunday 5th May at 10am! 

This great final will bring together the strongest 105kg strongmen from the North, Midlands and South who have qualified through the regional qualifiers.

Event 1 -max axle

Max axle starting at 120kg 10kg jump till 3 people remaining then pick weight (lifts can be skipped)

Event 2 - car deadlift head2head

Car deadlift around 320kg for reps in 60 seconds

Events 3 - max distance carry

Carry 320kg yoke, 130kg farmers as far as possible, Yoke and farmers on same line 90 seconds to cover the most distance (10m drop and turn). Athletes can use yoke or farmers and can swap as much or as little as they want. Max distance wins.

Event 4-sandbag to shoulder Head 2 head

130kg Sandbag lift from floor to shoulder max reps in 75 seconds

Event 5 - fingals finger run

4 fingals fingers in accenting weight dome 80kg to 202kg to be flipped 180 degrees as fast as possible 75 second time limit
