His passion for cooking began early, baking alongside his grandma and creating everything from bread to custard tarts. Although Archie may be young, his culinary journey is rich with experience. From the age of 15, he started working in a rosette-awarded kitchen, where he diligently prepped vegetables and washed dishes while learning the trade.

Archie has had the privilege of working alongside talented chefs who have helped him refine his technical skills and kitchen expertise. Along his journey, he has earned multiple awards in competitions with other young chefs, showcasing his talent and dedication. 

Archie’s vision for Coppa is clear: to establish a reputation for culinary excellence, creating exceptional food and a memorable experience. With him at the helm, we’re thrilled to embark on an exciting journey and can't wait for you to join us for this new chapter.
