A full day of non-stop entertainment awaits with tethered balloon displays, trade tents, delicious treats, and thrilling performances by the Jump Dogs Parachute Display Team, Jamie Squibb Freestyle FMX, The American Civil War Society, and The Vikings!

Doncaster Balloon Festival Unveils Exciting Schedule of Events

The countdown to the Doncaster Balloon Festival is officially underway, and excitement is soaring as organisers reveal the thrilling schedule of events for the highly anticipated weekend extravaganza.

Join us on July 19th and 20th for two days of non-stop entertainment, featuring parachute displays, motorbike freestyle stunts, immersive historical experiences, and much more! With gates opening at 4pm on Friday and midday on Saturday, attendees are in for a treat from start to finish.

Friday 19th July: Gates Open: 4pm – Event closes at 10.00pm

• Balloon Ascents: From 7pm-8pm (Weather Dependent)
• Balloon Night Glow: 9.15pm
• Fireworks Display: 9.45pm (Balloon Arena)

Arena Entertainment:

• 5pm: Vikings - Re-enactment
• 6pm: Jamie Squibb Motorbike Freestyle
• 7pm: American Civil War – Re-enactment
• 8pm: Stuntworld International – Stunts

Saturday 20th July 2024: Gates Open: Midday – Event closes at 10.00pm

All balloon activities are weather permitting, and entertainment timing is subject to change on the day.

The EARLY BIRD ticket reduced prices will end on Friday 19th July at midday. This will be replaced with full price Admission tickets.

There will be no family ticket offers available once the early bird tickets are finished, only single tickets.

There will be an on-the-gate payment option of £6 per ticket (adult or child) on Friday and £10 adult & £7 child on Saturday.
