Adwick Fire Station Open Day

On Sunday the 4th of August between 10am-3pm join Adwick Fire Station on their Open Day.

It’s a chance for the public to come and look around the fire engines, and equipment and engage with firefighters and their partner agencies.

There will be demonstrations, for example; how we deal with road traffic collisions, basic life-saving skills and rescues from height.

There is chance to try on our protective clothing, squirt water and chance to soak a firefighter.

There will be refreshments, safety advice, recruitment advice, and a raffle.

They will be raising funds for the firefighter’s charity on the day.
