Two's a Company

Two’s a Company ( Hallgate Orchestra concert)

This concert will begin at 3.00pm and will feature two guest bassoonist who play with Opera North (and performed with distinction at the Boyce orchestra concert last season). 

They will present a concerto for two bassoons, and will then join with other players from the orchestra to play other double concertos hence the title of the concert Two’s Company. The concert will also feature three or four VOCAL duets in keeping with the theme of TWO. 

Admission is by donation and there will be refreshments – on this occasion a variety of Soups and for dessert various fruit pies
