Rovers' 24/25 league fixtures confirmed

We will welcome the Lancashire side on the weekend of August 10 before travelling to Newport County the following weekend.

Grant McCann’s side will host Morecambe before rounding off the first month of the season with a trip to Port Vale and former boss Darren Moore.

The Christmas period will see Rovers welcome Tranmere Rovers on December 21 before a Boxing Day visit to Walsall. A trip to Colchester United will follow on December 29 before Fleetwood Town visit on New Year’s Day.

Local fixtures will see Rovers travel to Grimsby Town on October 5 and host the Mariners on February 15. Newly-promoted Chesterfield visit the Eco-Power Stadium on September 28 before hosting Rovers in north Derbyshire on February 8.

Another notable game is the first ever trip to EFL newcomers Bromley on March 4.

Rovers will visit Tranmere Rovers and host Colchester over the Easter weekend

And the season will conclude with a home game against Bradford City before a visit to Notts County on the final day.
