The Daily Mile scheme is a fully-inclusive, free and simple initiative which improves the physical and mental health of children. The Scheme has now introduced the Daily Mile at Home. This scheme follows the Government guidance to stay at home, whilst also staying physically active through 15 minutes or more of walking, running or jogging in the fresh air.
